For instance, our ERP utilizes SAP and Siebel, with SeeBeyond ICAN/e*Gate as the integration layer for all our Supply Chain applications. And that's just one example of the dozens of upgrades and improvements currently underway.

As our Senior Business Consultant within Supply Planning, you'll define and document the To-Be supply planning business processes in collaboration with global and regional Apparel, Footwear and Equipment Planners/Managers. You'll work with Engineers and Systems Analysts to reconcile the To-Be processes with supply planning software capabilities. You'll also identify report requirements and ensure that reporting is tested and considered as part of the overall business process. You'll validate the acceptability of systems solutions vis-à-vis the business process requirements. You'll also validate the data integrity and usability of the systems solutions through user acceptance testing, systems integrated testing, etc. You'll develop training materials and administer training to support user adoption of the business processes/systems solutions. In addition, you'll provide on-site support during testing, training, cutover and startup (e.g. in Brazil, Mexico, etc.)

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5 years' business, IT or related experience
  • Experience in planning is strongly preferred
  • Certifications or training in planning is preferred
  • Experience working with planning software, specifically i2 and SAP is preferred
  • Experience in project management is preferred
  • Solid understanding of industry best practices in planning
  • Solid understanding of business process workflow and process design implications
  • Solid understanding of full-lifecycle system development/design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
