Indian company wishes to diversify

We received the following message:

"We are a large business organisation in India currently engaged in the manufacture of Jute Cloth & Bags. We are very keen on diversification. Since you must be having a database of companies interested in expanding globally we thought that we must contact you.

If you have any collaborations or Joint Venture proposals then please let us know. We are willing to invest approx. US$2.0 million."
