Film Producer with Big Name Stars seeks Funds

The film takes place during the Hollywood silent movie era of the teens and 1920s and starts Jennifer Tilly as "IT" girl Clara Bow, Maria Conchita Alonso as Lupe Velez, Debi Mazar as Gloria Swanson, and Tippi "The Birds" Hedren as a studio executive.
